Medarbeiderengasjement
Vi utfører en halvårig undersøkelse av medarbeiderengasjement, LogiPulse. Som en del av denne undersøkelsen ga ansatte tilbakemeldinger på erfaringene deres hos Logitech, på tiltak som glede, oppbevaring og deres perspektiv på vår nåværende status for inkludering på arbeidsplassen hos Logitech.

Utvikle teknologi for henne
Våre ansatte feiret den internasjonale kvinnedagen og kvinnehistoriemåneden i år gjennom et panel arrangert av noen av de inspirerende kvinnene i Logitech som ga sin innsikt og ekspertise på å møte behovene til kvinnelige teknologiforbrukere.

Pride

Inkluderende talentprogram
Gjennom vår «License to Hire»-kurs om mangfold og ubevisste fordomsfullhet bidrar vi til at ansettelsessjefer inntar en åpen og transparent holdning gjennom hele prosessen. Vi setter også kandidater i kontakt med et mangfoldig panel av intervjuere gjennom hele ansettelsesprosessen.

Globale læringsprogrammer for inkludering
Vi arrangerer jevnlig workshops, læringsmuligheter og eksterne foredragsholdere som fremmer utdanning om inkluderingsemner, inkludert globale økter med Human Library, en innovativ læringsplattform som jobber for å skape et trygt rammeverk for samtaler for å bidra til å utfordre fordommer og skjevheter.

Global omsorgspermisjon
Logitech tilbyr minst 18 uker med fullt betalt permisjon for alle foreldre, globalt, som får et nytt barn gjennom fødsel, surrogati eller adopsjon. Streamlabs #Creators4BIPOC
Logitech-merket Streamlabs lanserte #Creators4BIPOC, engasjement for likeverd, og donerer minst USD 1 million over 10 år til organisasjoner som jobber mot rasediskriminering. På denne nettplattformen kan strømmere drive med pengeinnsamling for tiltak mot rasediskriminering og samle inn midler fra tilskuerne.

Adaptivt spillsett
Logitechs Adaptive Gaming Kit låser opp det fulle potensialet til spill for personer med ulike tilgjengelighetsbehov og ble anerkjent av Fast Company for sin forpliktelse til inkludering. I samarbeid med AbleGamers, Adaptive Action Sports og Mt Sinai Hospital ble Logitech G Adaptive Esports League opprettet med mål om å gi adaptive esports-spillere en plattform for å konkurrere i og vise frem ferdighetene deres.

De verdifulle 500

Logitechs skapernettverk

Logitech Master Series-team er opptatt av å hjelpe unge og lovende jenter til å utvikle interesse for ingeniørvitenskap og kreativitet. Logitech har inngått samarbeid med Girls Who Code, og slutter seg til denne organisasjonen i sitt oppdrag om å hjelpe unge jenter med å oppdage en lidenskap for ingeniørkunst og kreativitet gjennom en rekke samarbeidstaktikker.
