Telehealth session with doctor, patient, and remote doctor

As the pandemic has led to a surge in video-based telehealth usage, questions abound worldwide:

  • Is the shift toward virtual care a good thing?
  • Are healthcare providers and patients in agreement about the quality of care delivered via telehealth versus in-person visits?
  • How can IT decision-makers (ITDMs) best support their clinical teams with seamless telehealth solutions that maintain or even improve the quality of care?

To answer these questions, Escalent, on behalf of Logitech, conducted a global survey to get a deeper understanding of the current state of telehealth. The survey was conducted in the summer of 2021 with 900 patient and provider respondents globally that attended or conducted a video-based telehealth visit in the prior 12 months.

Download the report to better understand today’s virtual care experience and what patients and providers expect as telehealth becomes part of the mainstream in care delivery.
